Corvax Technologies LLC provides web development and automation services. By purchasing or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. All work is custom and project-scoped. Payment terms are agreed upon before project start.

Services are provided on a project basis or through monthly retainer agreements. All deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be outlined in a project proposal or service agreement before work begins. Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, materials, and timely feedback to ensure project completion.

Intellectual property rights for custom work transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Corvax Technologies LLC retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and case studies unless confidentiality is explicitly requested.

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

This deposit secures your project timeline and compensates for initial planning, research, and setup work performed at project kickoff. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Corvax Technologies LLC.

Final payments are due upon project delivery or milestone completion as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds are not provided for completed work or delivered services.

Monthly retainer clients may cancel anytime with 14 days written notice. No refunds are issued as all work delivered up to the cancellation date has already been completed and rendered.

For project-based work, cancellation must be communicated in writing. Clients will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including the non-refundable deposit. Any deliverables completed prior to cancellation will be provided to the client.

Corvax Technologies LLC reserves the right to terminate services with 14 days notice if terms are violated or if the client relationship becomes untenable. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for unused retainer time at our discretion.

Corvax Technologies LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, project requirements, and payment information.

Your information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and billing purposes. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.

All services are delivered digitally. Website projects are delivered within 4-10 business days depending on scope. Automation projects are delivered within 10-15 business days. Timelines are confirmed at project kickoff.

Delivery timelines may be extended if client feedback, approvals, or required materials are delayed. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly and work to minimize delays.

Deliverables are provided through digital channels including email, cloud storage links, or direct deployment to client-owned platforms. All source code, files, and documentation are included with final delivery upon receipt of final payment.

For retainer services, ongoing work is delivered continuously according to the agreed service level and priority schedule outlined in the retainer agreement.
